Yes, we offer a 15-day return and exchange policy after receiving your order. Glasses must be returned in their original condition, without damage and with all accessories included. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service with your order number and the details of the product you wish to return or exchange.
How do I maintain and clean my glasses?
To keep your glasses in perfect condition, clean the lenses with a soft microfiber cloth and avoid using harsh chemicals that could damage the coatings. We recommend storing your glasses in their case when not wearing them, and avoiding placing them face down to prevent scratches.
